Iceland is a place that has long held a fascination for me. Maybe it's the volcanos, maybe it's the location just under the Arctic Circle. Iceland is definitely one of my favourite places in the world and I can say that from only having visited for barely a week and maybe a 1/10 of the island. From the fantastic Blue Lagoon to the waterfalls at Geysir and the black sand beaches under the probably-soonish-erupting Katla volcano at Vik, Iceland is just pure magnificence!
