In 2009 and 2010 I visited parts of France, from Clermant Ferrand in the centre, to Grenoble and St. Bernard de Touvet, a small village nestled high up in the French alps, all the way down to Marseilles in the south. The trip was my first to spend any extensive amount of time in France and allowed me a chance to visit friends and their families from north to south. French hospitality was amazing and the vistas stunning ... But most impressive was of course, the cheeses and the wines!
