or six months I had been working with Canadian Cancer Society Relay For Life as its Logistics and Facilities Coordinator (a fancy title which appropriately hid a surprising amount of work!). During this time I drafted my good friend Marc Dyke as my Co-Coordinator and got to know our excellent organizing committee. How excellent was the committee? Well, we raised $630,000 for Cancer Research through the amazing generousity of Edmontonians. The event itself went off with minor hitches and while my sleep deprivation skills came in handy, it was a gigantic ball of fun. I only got to photograph a bit of the event as most of it I was running around like a mad man... but here is a selection of the few photos that I did get...
